to Mr. C. Ingenohl of Rotterdam, and to

request that you will furnish me with a

report as to the activities of the Orient

Tobacco Manufactory in Hong Kong 2. In this

connection I would invite your attention

to my circular despatch of the 10th June

regarding the treatment of branches of

firme on the Statutory List, and I would

point out that the name of Mr.C. Ingenohl

of Rotterdam was placed on the Statutory

that the Bf Orante List on the 28th July, and His fanila

factory on the 30th June.
